The Prose & Poetry of Seth Wieck
I just finished DJ&M in your Character Sketches. The rhythm of the piece almost feels like…a homile, is that the term? I know it as a sermon. The poem has a sense of a Biblical meter, a reverend’s pause for reverence. I should know: my father was a preacher. Hope and faith in our natures…a risky piece to believe in, to be sure.
