Are these on your reading wish list?
only the third…i’ve read the first, AM reading the second, AND reading the first again as well…they really are a perambulation for my mind (much like louis paul boon and much of Borges)
JR Borges, you mean? I was just thinking of doing a post on the Library of Babel. We studied it in school and it’s never left my thoughts.
precisely – when my mind gets tight with thought, 2 volumes of collected borges sit at my right hand and i just set out into an essay or story and then i’m usually quite alright. he and macedonio fernandez. and arkadii dragomoshchenko (particularly “Dust”), and Edmond Jabes. (for me)
Weeesh, never heard of any of those. You are indeed a well read man, sir!
given your concerns, i should think you would very much enjoy Dragomoshchenko and Fernandez, and your comments got me going on a poem (to follow) – thank you!
